All caps are made from 100% pre-shrunk cotton. 

However, there is still a possibility of shrinkage. I recommend washing on cold and air drying or drying on low heat (unless you want it to shrink some for a tighter fit.)

Sizing Guide:

7 -  22" Head Circumference 

7 3/8 - 22.75" Head Circumference

7 1/2 - 23.5" Head Circumference

8 - 25" Head Circumference
